Eugene Giesinger is the head chef and owner of one of Bronte’s most-loved cafes. Eugene transformed the former storefront into a fully restored Art Deco haven in mid-2012.
Having worked in the restaurant industry as a professional chef for over 20 years, most notably at Michelin starred 'Pied A Terre' in London. Giesinger, a native Sydney sider opened the cafe wanting an outlet where his passion for locally sourced Australian produce and high quality food at a reasonable price could flourish.
Take HOME MEALS
We have a fantastic selection of freshly prepared small batch take home meals and salads ready for purchase from the cafe. Perfect for last minute weekday dinners we are now open until 6pm Monday to Friday so you can pop in and grab something on the way home from work or school.
Eugene's take home staples, including local favourites Pork and Veal Meatballs or our infamous Fish Pie, are in constant supply. We also like to mix it up depending on the season with a changing menu.
